Percolator bongs first appeared in German head shops in 2009/2010. The principle is that there is one or more glass many-armed or spiral shaped parts integrated into the glass cylinder. The smoke passes through water in these parts, whipping it into whirls and vortices. This cools and filters the smoke optimally. This makes it easier to inhale. A large part of the Blaze Glass collection uses the percolator principle to create the optimal smoking experience.
Most of our percolator water-pipes are also fitted with an ice compartment. The ice is used here for extra cooling. Combined percolator-ice water-pipes are available in different designs and sizes under the Blaze Glass brand.
